A man who threw a bag of cannabis outside his bedroom window as police raided his Warilla home has admitted to supplying more than 130 grams of drugs. Mitchell Burley, 35, and his co-accused were the targets of an undercover police investigation and on Tuesday the father pleaded guilty to 10 charges of supplying small quantities of drugs, possessing cannabis and being the occupier of a home and allowing it to be used as a drug premises. Agreed facts tendered to court said Strike Force Yindi began a controlled operation where witnesses bought varying amounts of marijuana from Burley’s home, which was close by to his co-accused’s house.
